A challenging year with difficult weather conditions led to a smaller yield of available fruit. However, the quality of the fruit was pleasingly generous, resulting in wines of very good quality. This is a vintage that will live up to the expectations of Bourgogne.

18 months in 100% French Oak (50% new). The grapes were harvested by hand with strict sorting in the vineyard. 30% is whole cluster pressed, then cold soaked for 10 days, followed by a controlled fermentation. A gentle extraction is done with manual punch downs, then after a week of maceration, the wine is pressed, allowed to rest for 3 days, before being transferred to barrels for the final ageing process. Finally, the wine is racked and gently filtered before bottling.
